WBE SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

This policy covers Whole Business Engine’s own text programmes and the WBE text choices page. It does not enroll you in a contractor’s separate programme or replace that contractor’s privacy notice.

What this page records

When you save text choices, WBE records the mobile number you provide, the programmes you select, the wording and policy links shown to you, the collection page, the server’s timestamp and an opaque request reference. These records let WBE retain evidence of your choices and handle retries without rewriting the original record.

How WBE uses those records

WBE uses them to manage your text preferences, respond to help or privacy requests and determine whether a message may be sent. Saving choices does not automatically grant another company permission to contact you. Opt-outs and delivery safeguards still apply.

Protecting text consent

WBE does not sell, rent or transfer SMS consent to other companies for their marketing. Text enrollment information is kept separate from beta and demo signup records. Messaging and hosting providers process the information needed to operate WBE’s service; they do not receive permission to use it for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your choices and requests

When texting is active, reply STOP to stop WBE texts or HELP for help. You can also contact roxanne@wholebusinessengine.com to withdraw a saved choice or request access, correction or deletion of your programme information. WBE may need to verify your request and retain limited consent or suppression records to honor your opt-out and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
